A large meteor crashes into a quiet town, and pet dogs become mysteriously aggressive. attacking and killing the residents. Teenager Roslyn (Mays) and her old but faithful dog Shep are out camping when the attacks hit. Now separated by the chaos in town and blocked roads, Roslyn and the other members of her family must find each other by fighting back against the blood-thirsty hounds before the dogs take over the whole town and escape becomes impossible.

Storyline:

In a seemingly quiet town a mysterious meteor shower produces a sinister green meteorite that seems to have a dangerous effect on the dogs that who once were the kind well-behaved dogs we once knew turn into vicious killers and the residents are forced to engage in a battle of man vs beast as man’s best friend turns into their worst enemy and one teenage girl named Roslyn has to fight her way through the vicious canines accompanied by her faithful dog shemp they must find a way to survive against the dogs they once called man’s best friend.

After the seeing eye dog goes nuts he is in almost every attack scene. He is seen attacking people in the town, in the apple orchard, at the mom’s house and back in the town. Look for the yellow lab with the harness. How that dog covered so much territory in one evening is amazing. And then, at 1:14 the mom and little girl take the neighbor’s extended cab Ford Ranger and when they find dad and Roz they pull up in a single cab Chevrolet Silverado. Then as they all leave and are shown riding in the truck it is a single cab Ford F-150. As they pull into the airstrip and he “guns it” they are back in the extended cab Ford Ranger – then when they immediately stop they are back in the Chevy Silverado!
